April 25, 2024 (Richmond, B.C.) – HME Home Health will mark the end of the first half of their 2024 Fiscal Year on April 30, 2024, with revenues exceeding target. To assist with continued strong growth for the second half of the year, HME is thrilled to announce the promotion of three team members.
“The first six months of our fiscal year have seen record revenue months for HME,” said Robert Boscacci, CEO and Co-Founder. “With this growth we’ve needed to scale up our team and are happy to have promoted three internal employees to new roles.”
“Flora Zhang has been promoted to Head of Finance and Administration; Brian Orsino has been promoted to Accounting Manager, and Tyler Ferguson has been promoted to Commercial Contracting Manager.” Boscacci continued.
As Head of Finance and Administration, Flora will oversee HME’s Accounting and Purchasing Departments, managing a team of twelve employees. As Accounting Manager, Brian will now run the day-to-day accounting operations with a team of six. As a newly developed position, Tyler will now oversee the division’s technical service and installations as the Commercial Contracting Manager to assist with the growth of our Contracting Division.
Cameron Fleming, CIIO and Co-Founder, said, “HME has always built on our internal team’s strength, and we are committed to investing in the growth of front-line team members.”
“Flora has been with HME since 2016, first as an Accounting Manager, then as Head of Accounting, and now will oversee our Purchasing team to ensure a coordinated flow between Purchasing and Accounting. Flora’s promotion allowed HME to expand the Accounting team and promote Brian to the position of Accounting Manager. Brian has been a diligent Accountant for HME over the past two years and has proven his strong leadership and mentoring skills in fostering growth in the Accounting Team.” Fleming continued.
COO, Michelle Harvey, said “We’re excited to have Tyler moving up to managing the Commercial Contracting installations. He has shown exceptional dedication to HME and has steadily progressed from Technician to Senior Technician to Manager. He will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager, Eli Paradis, to service our Contractor and Commercial client with high-quality installations.”
Starting from a single operation in B.C.’s Lower Mainland a decade ago, HME has expanded aggressively across the province in recent years and today has seven locations and over 75,000 sq ft. of office and warehouse in Richmond, Victoria, Surrey, Nanaimo, North Vancouver, and Kelowna.
