November 6, 2024 (Richmond, B.C.) – HME Home Health is thrilled to announce that they ended their Fiscal Year End on October 31, 2024, with another year of exceptional growth across all company divisions. Led by the expansion of sales on Vancouver Island and Kelowna, HME ended the year with 18% year-over-year revenue growth.
“In 2024, a core focus company-wide was on revenue growth,” said Robert Boscacci, CEO & Co-Founder. “We expanded our Sales Team from 25 members to 42, and we continue to train, develop, and mentor our new sales team with expansion into new markets.”
Robert continued, “HME saw a revenue increase of 18% while still expanding our total headcount to 130 team members. Fiscal 2024 was an expansion year for HME. We acquired a new location on the Sunshine Coast and started construction on our ninth location in Abbotsford.”
Cameron Fleming, CIIO & Co-Founder, noted, “New markets were opened to HME during Fiscal 2024, with the addition of new contracts, in particular in the Interior of British Columbia. We’ve seen the Interior and Island markets grow at an exceptional rate and look forward to even more growth in Fiscal 2025.”
Fiscal 2024 also saw continued growth of HME’s Signature Series Line – a house line of products exclusively manufactured for HME and designed by HME’s in-house clinical team. In 2024, the Signature Series Line grew with the addition of two new mattresses, the HME Signature Series Coho and the HME Signature Series Gel-E-Fish, as well as a new threshold ramp, the HME Signature Series Air Light One.
HME’s COO, Michelle Harvey, noted, “In 2024, HME was able to enhance our systems and technology. We launched two new websites. Our main site, www.hmebc.com, was completely re-designed with the HME E-Store. Additionally, our Accessibility website was re-designed and re-launched with full e-commerce and online installation scheduling features.
Michelle continued, “HME continually pushes the industry forward with innovative solutions that respond to our customers’ needs. This focus on better consumer service and technology has been key to our exceptional revenue growth.”
For Fiscal 2025, HME will continue to focus on aligning our purchasing systems and work with industry partners, such as the HME Group and Eco Medical, to grow further and enhance the offerings for our clients.
Starting from a single operation in B.C.’s Lower Mainland a decade ago, HME has expanded aggressively across the province in recent years and has eight locations and over 80,000 sq ft. of office and warehouse in Richmond, Victoria, Surrey, Nanaimo, North Vancouver, Kelowna, and Sechelt.
