Technical Services

We specialize in the service and repair of everything from walkers and manual wheelchairs to mobility scooters and power wheelchairs.  We troubleshoot electronics and seating systems, install batteries, and have a full service centre at both of our Lower Mainland locations to provide our clients with full service solutions for their equipment.

Our team of Technical Service Specialists are trained in the service of all major brands including Quantum Q-Logic, Invacare Series, and Sunrise Q-Tronic Electronics.  We frequently work with specialized seating systems and alternate driver controls such as Sip N Puff, Head Arrays and have the capabilities to customize just about anything to suite the individual needs of our clients.

Delivery and Installations

HealthLinc offers installation of a wide range of home accessibility products, including installation of grab bars, floor to ceiling poles, ceiling lifts and custom ceiling track systems, and even stair lifts and vehicle wheelchair and scooter lifts.

Our trained installation specialists are trained, courteous and professional and will give full training and education on the products we deliver and install.   HealthLinc offers delivery of all of our products throughout the Lower Mainland.

Fitting and Assessment Services by our trained Seating and Mobility Consultants

HealthLinc offers full trial and assessment/fitting services of all products we carry to ensure that clients are appropriately matched with the equipment necessary to meet their needs and the recommendations of the Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.  HealthLinc’s Seating and Mobility Consultants work with your OT or PT to ensure the mobility device you choose is the right one, for years to come.  Not working with an OT or PT?  Come into one of our showrooms and try our equipment today!

Rentals

HealthLinc has the largest rental equipment program in BC.  We offer a number of products for rental, including Manual and Power Wheelchairs, Scooters, Hospital Beds & Mattresses, Patient Lifts, and Bathroom Safety

Rent to Own

HealthLinc has flexible rent to own options allowing clients to try equipment before they purchase.  Rent an item and apply the complete rental towards the purchase after the first month.  If you decide to rent an item longer than one month, 50% of the rental paid from month 2 onwards is applied to the purchase price of the item being rented.

Monthly Payment Program

In order to assist with the affordability of equipment, HealthLinc offers a Monthly Payment Program to finance equipment purchases over $1,500.  This flexible option allows for monthly payments and gives clients the ability to choose their own terms, from 12 months up to 72 months.
